OVERVIEW
The 2010 TTS is Audi's high-performance model of the TT line. The TTS is designed for a fun ride. It is offered in coupe and two-passenger convertible body styles. Both the TTS convertible and coupe come in three trim levels - the base Premium, Premium Plus, and Prestige.
EXTERIOR
The 2010 Audi TTS sports exclusive exterior design and a luxurious interior. On the outside, the TTS coupe and convertible display heated windshield washer nozzles; 18-inch aluminum alloy wheels; bi-xenon headlights with LED daytime running lights; S performance exhaust with quad exhaust pipes; and S mirrors with power adjustment and heating. Rain-sensing windshield wipers are found on all Premium Plus and Prestige models. The coupe features an automatic retractable rear spoiler, while the convertible versions Premium Plus and Prestige get power-folding top.
The cabin of the 2010 Audi TTS is well-equipped with front sport seats; three-spoke leather-wrapped multi-function sport steering wheel with shift paddles; driver information system with digital lap timer; auxiliary audio input jack; cruise control; HomeLink universal garage door opener; and Sirius satellite radio. Premium Plus and Prestige models get 10-way power seat for driver and front passenger; heated seats; and auto-dimming interior mirror. Interior LED lighting package is standard on Prestige models, while Silk Nappa leather is available on all trim levels.
ENGINE
Under the bonnet of the 2010 Audi TTS is a 265-horsepower 2.0-liter turbocharged inline four-cylinder engine. Power is pumped to all four wheels via a six-speed dual-clutch transmission. Quattro all-wheel drive system is standard on all 2010 TTS models. The coupe reaches from 0 to 60 mph in 4.9 seconds, while the roadster takes 5.1 seconds.
SAFETY
Anti-theft alarm system; full-size dual threshold airbags for driver and front passenger; seat-mounted chest side airbags and knee airbags for driver and front-passenger; safety belts; tire pressure monitoring system; safety belts; Audi hill hold assist; side intrusion protection; electronic stability system; and LATCH are standard safety features offered on all 2010 Audi TTS models.
